задачи
- Manage product features end-to-end, write clear PRDs, and collaborate with Design, Development, CRM, and Operations teams
- Analyze product performance and improve conversion, retention, and player engagement
- Identify gaps early and drive features from concept to launch
требования
- At least 3 years of product management experience
- Experience with CRM platforms, player segmentation, bonuses, campaigns, and promotions
- Understanding of player journeys, registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, cashier flows, and back-office tools
- Familiarity with missions, tournaments, VIP programs, rewards, and retention mechanics
- Ability to take ownership and understand the business and operational sides of online casino
- Будет плюсом: Experience in the LATAM / Mexican regulated gaming market
