• Ship against the contract workflow roadmap in the first few weeks;
• Talk directly to customers and prospects to understand the problem and define the jobs to be done;
• Own AI review across evaluations, flows, and failure modes;
• Work with engineering, design, and GTM to turn insights into an enjoyable product experience;
• Measure outcomes and iterate or pivot when necessary;
• Own complex, multi-quarter product work from discovery through launch and iteration;
• Act as a trusted go-to person for GTM and engineering during launches;
• Investigate system behavior and work with engineers to improve poor-performing flows;
• Build and ship ideas quickly without waiting for permission.

• Make judgment calls in unfamiliar domains within weeks;
• Own complex, multi-quarter work from discovery through launch and iteration, with accountability for delays;
• Run independent discovery through customer and prospect calls and synthesize qualitative input into a clear product direction;
• Understand why evaluations matter and how agentic loops work;
• Work hands-on with customers rather than only managing processes;
• Be comfortable with a changing product organization and scope that crosses team boundaries;
• Be prepared for a hands-on individual contributor role without managing PMs;
• Nice to have: Experience owning the quality of an agentic system in production, legal tech or contracting experience.

• UK candidates must be located in the UK and have long-term working rights there;
• Fully remote from Day One is available, including for candidates near the London office hub;
