product manager for iBabs digital governance platform

iBabs provides a digital governance platform trusted by governments, municipalities, and organisations across Europe to simplify governance, enhance transparency, and digitize decision-making.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, aligned with the product roadmap and market demand
• Define and execute product strategies that deliver measurable value to public and semi-public clients
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring new features and products to life
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities
• Develop P&L- and data-driven, client-focused business cases that combine user value with cost efficiency
• Conduct competitor analyses and contribute to pricing and go-to-market strategies to strengthen iBabs’ position

• Four to six years of experience in product management or business development within SaaS
• Proven track record of bringing products from concept to launch in an international context
• Ability to write clear, structured product requirement documents (PRDs) and break down large projects into actionable outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence influencing technical and commercial discussions
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Strong analytical, collaborative, and client-focused skills
