• Ensure the best delivery estimates for consumers while balancing the operational impact of fulfilling deliveries against promised estimates;
• Build products that influence cross-functional engineering, data, design, and operations teams;
• Define, execute, and measure meaningful OKRs aligned with company-wide goals;
• Create solutions benefiting couriers, operations, and customer experiences across the organization;
• Manage stakeholders across diverse internal teams and external partners;
• Engage confidently with leadership in a high-visibility role.

• Plenty of previous experience as a Product Manager;
• Proven track record in building products influencing cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, design, and operations;
• High ownership and collaborative capabilities;
• Ability to make thoughtful decisions and focus on product details to ensure execution aligns with the vision;
• Strong ability to define, execute, and measure meaningful OKRs;
• Ability to focus on the bigger picture;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills;
• Nice to have: background in Machine Learning or Data Science.
