Its platforms enable businesses to build voice and chat agents, help creators and marketers generate and edit speech, music, images, and video across 70+ languages, and provide developers with access to AI audio models.
задачи
Own self-serve revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative using product, pricing, onboarding, lifecycle, and go-to-market levers
Scope and define major bets for self-serve experiences across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows
Identify opportunities in the user journey through product data and user behavior, and turn them into scoped projects
Drive adoption of newer experiences such as agents and video, helping users expand across the platform
Work with engineering and design to ship quickly, mocking up early concepts when useful
Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and initiatives that bring users into new parts of the product
Define success metrics and track activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans
Speak with creators and marketers regularly, understand their workflows and product pain points, and share insights with the team
требования
5+ Years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products
Track record of owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes and driving them across multiple levers
Deep familiarity with the creative space and the creators and marketers who use these tools
Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end
Design-minded, with a high bar for quality and user experience and the ability to mock up concepts
Technical fluency to discuss implementation and trade-offs with engineers
Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools
Track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on data
Drives projects end to end rather than handing them off after the spec
Curiosity about AI and creative tools, and close attention to developments in the space
