Product manager for booking platforms

Do you have experience leading digital products and transforming complex processes into simple, intuitive experiences? We are looking for a Product Manager – Post-sale & Customer Profile to lead the evolution of digital experiences related to booking management, online check-in, and user profiles.

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the booking management, online check-in, and customer profile platforms.
• Identify needs, friction points, and opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.
• Optimize processes for booking changes, seat selection, additional services, and obtaining boarding passes.
• Work closely with UX/UI, Design, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Analyze metrics, user behavior, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Prioritize initiatives and coordinate stakeholders to ensure a simple, intuitive, mobile-first digital experience.

• More than 5 years of experience in Product Management for digital products.
• Experience with self-service platforms, booking management, user accounts, or check-in processes.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary Design and Engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear customer focus and strategic vision combined with the ability to execute.
• Fluent English (essential).
