• Align the AI product roadmap with the broader company-wide AI strategy while maintaining autonomy over specific workstreams;
• Drive business impact in operations, fraud detection, financial crime, and personalised marketing;
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Machine Learning and Generative AI projects from concept to production;
• Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to ensure models solve real user problems;
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of AI products while balancing innovation with banking security and reliability standards;
• Create and share blueprints and toolkits that help product teams integrate AI into their features autonomously and safely.

• 2+ Years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment;
• Proven track record of shipping products powered by AI or Machine Learning;
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including when to use LLMs versus traditional ML methods such as classification and regression;
• Comfort working with complex datasets and defining and tracking KPIs for model performance and business value;
• Experience working in an Agile environment;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different departments;
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for non-technical partners;
• Ability to work effectively between Data Science, Product, and Business teams;
• Ability to stay current with AI trends and apply them to improve existing processes;
• Pragmatic, action-oriented approach to prioritising high-impact work;
• Focus on quality, resilience, security, and reliability;
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to share expertise;
