• Prioritize opportunities based on their potential to strengthen competitiveness, win work, deliver projects, or create new client value
• Investigate and refine priority opportunities with clients, business leaders, and subject matter experts by understanding challenges, workflows, pain points, users, and value potential
• Translate well-defined opportunities into solution concepts, hypotheses, and actionable plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop prototypes and pilots, using evidence, user feedback, and success measures to test and refine solutions
• Translate validated solutions into scalable products, services, or workflow changes with a clear implementation path
• Ensure the right teams and stakeholders own delivery, adoption, and go-to-market
• Build alignment across business, technology, domain, and leadership stakeholders

• Extensive experience in product management for digital or data-enabled products, ideally in B2B or enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, with hands-on exposure to AI-enabled product development
• Ability to partner with subject matter experts to derive high-value solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact products from discovery through scale
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, including shaping product direction and making evidence-based decisions
• Ability to translate complex technical and domain insights into clear, value-oriented product narratives
• Experience with AI-enabled products or data-driven solutions, including model evaluation, data governance, and cloud-based delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
