product manager for AI-driven spend management

Moss is a Berlin-founded SaaS scale-up that provides an AI-driven spend management product for SMBs across Europe. Its platform includes corporate cards, accounts payable, employee cash reimbursements, and procurement modules.

• Own and manage the product roadmap for the product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery;
• Define and track OKRs with the squad and report progress;
• Partner with Engineering and Design on technical scoping, discovery, and delivery;
• Prioritise based on direct conversations with customers and customer-facing teams;
• Identify and proactively flag dependencies with adjacent product teams before they become delivery risks;
• Represent the customer in cross-functional decisions and trade-off discussions;
• Develop a 12–18 month vision focused on an AI-first UX.

• 4+ Years of product management experience;
• At least 2 years owning a customer-facing product area end-to-end;
• 2 Years of experience in a B2B environment;
• Demonstrated success conceptualising, developing, launching, and scaling products in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience navigating ambiguous, evidence-light problem spaces and defining solutions from scratch;
• Experience partnering directly with engineering on technical trade-offs and dependency management;
• Ownership-driven, evidence-led, proactive, strategic, and collaborative approach;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: German.
