product manager for a multi-asset crypto wallet

Andersen is a global technology company that develops digital products and solutions for clients across industries. The project is developing a multi-asset crypto wallet integrated into a financial trading platform, enabling clients to manage cryptocurrencies alongside fiat currencies.

• Own the crypto wallet product from discovery through launch and continuous improvement;
• Translate the crypto strategy into an executable roadmap prioritized by business impact, regulatory obligations, and platform reliability;
• Define features and scope for the MVP and subsequent phases, including supported assets and networks, deposits and withdrawals, conversions, fiat and crypto balance views, and transfers to trading accounts;
• Design user journeys and flows with UX/UI, including onboarding, wallet creation, KYC steps, transactions, notifications, and error states;
• Drive vendor evaluation and selection for custody and wallet infrastructure, KYC/AML, and blockchain analytics, considering cost and scalability;
• Work with Compliance and Legal to ensure the product meets AML/KYT, Travel Rule, and jurisdiction-specific requirements;
• Define user personas and segments for existing traders and new crypto-native audiences;
• Manage the product backlog in an Agile setup and work with Business Analysts and Engineering on specifications and releases;
• Define and track post-launch product KPIs, including adoption, transaction success rate, cost per transaction, and client satisfaction.

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years with crypto, digital asset, or Web3 products;
• Proven track record of launching a crypto wallet, crypto trading, or crypto payments product to production;
• Good understanding of custody models (custodial, MPC, self-custody), supported assets and chains, network fees, and stablecoins;
• Experience working with third-party crypto infrastructure providers and conducting vendor evaluations;
• Experience defining user journeys and flows and working closely with designers on the visual part of a product;
• Working knowledge of crypto regulatory requirements, including AML/KYT, Travel Rule, and MiCA;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
• Nice to have: Background in Forex/CFD brokerage, trading platforms, neobanks, or exchanges; hands-on experience with Fireblocks, BitGo, Copper, Chainalysis, or similar; experience with fiat and crypto integration, including multi-currency wallets, on/off-ramps, and conversions; experience in multi-jurisdiction regulated environments (CySEC, FCA, MiCA); knowledge of tokenized assets (tokenized stocks, RWA) and crypto exchange products; experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA); Figma prototyping skills.
