We’re Europe’s largest direct-to-consumer flower business (Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte), and we’re growing into Europe’s #1 gifting destination, with cakes, candles, hampers and more. Our Product team works in 7 squads, in fortnightly sprints towards quarterly OKRs.

As Product Manager for Discovery & Gift Building, you’ll own how customers discover, browse and build their perfect gift on the Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte websites. You’ll grow awareness, consideration and conversion of our newer ranges while keeping our core journeys outstanding.

• Roadmap: Own the Discovery & Gift-Building roadmap and a longer-term vision tied to our CVR and AOV goals, shaped by data, customer research and competitor insight.
• Experimentation: Run hypothesis-driven A/B tests and keep tracking KPIs long after go-live.
• Squad Partnership: Work with your Engineering Manager and Product Designer, from first concept to launch, taking a phased, value-driven approach to delivery .
• Stakeholders: Proactively build relationships with stakeholders and leadership across the business to identify, prioritise and solve the most impactful customer and business problems, reporting on progress and deliverables.

• Product Ownership: Experience owning a complex product area in ecommerce or another consumer-facing digital setting.
• Data-Led Decisions: You’ve design and run A/B tests and turn data into confident decisions, balancing commerciality, customer experience and risk.
• AI Curiosity: Hands-on experience using AI to save time and boost impact, and keen to try the next tool. We use AI for research, prototyping and analysis, and find new ways to help your squad ship better.
• Customer First: You research what works for customers and champion them in every decision.
• Great Collaborator: You flex your style to work with everyone, from Engineering to leadership.
