Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company that has operated brands in over 220 source markets since 2010. It develops online booking platforms for individual tourists, travel agents, and companies organizing business trips, helping hoteliers showcase accommodations, increase visibility, and attract a broader audience.

• Own the RateHawk.com Selections product strategy, vision, and roadmap, and grow it from a young stream into a mature, measurable business unit;
• Run the stream as a fast test-and-learn engine: ship experiments, iterate quickly, and turn each result into the next bet;
• Own a continuous pipeline of product opportunities that drive measurable revenue growth, sized from funnel data, content gaps, and user friction;
• Lead the strategic analysis behind product bets, including market and competitor shifts, agent and traveller behaviour, and quantitative and qualitative research to find root causes and high-leverage problems;
• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations by sharpening priorities, backing decisions with data, and driving shared goals;
• Co-own delivery by defining clear scope and acceptance criteria and keeping product, engineering, ML, and analytics aligned through to shipped impact.

• 3+ Years in Product Management;
• Track record of scaling a product or stream through experimentation, including hypotheses, A/B tests, fast iteration, and measurable outcomes;
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, including metric design, SQL, funnel and cohort analysis, and prioritising data-driven bets;
• Bias to action: ships small, learns fast, and improves rather than waiting for perfect;
• Technical fluency sufficient to work with data pipelines, content systems, or ML-driven products and partner closely with engineering;
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence with engineering, commercial, and operations partners;
• English for work communication;
• Nice to have: experience in travel, marketplace, or content-heavy products.
