Product Manager

MOIA reimagines the future of mobility through safe, autonomous, and city-focused transportation solutions. The company provides ridepooling services and is evolving into a technology provider offering scalable turnkey solutions for autonomous driving to cities and public transport operators.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of MOIA's challenges in moving from a B2C to a B2G2C licensing offering;
• Create and drive a roadmap that turns company strategy into a focused, actionable plan while keeping team responsibilities in balance;
• Shape, drive, and execute the WebPlatform product strategy together with the team;
• Share technical and business-critical responsibilities with the Technical Lead;
• Collaborate with Tech Sales, Account Management, and external partners to bridge partner needs and MOIA's internal capabilities;
• Support other teams in achieving their goals while managing multiple stakeholders;
• Facilitate product ideation processes between stakeholders and engineers;
• Own the evolution of user management, including GDPR-compliant access and permissions across MOIA's operational teams;
• Work with designers and developers to maintain a reusable design system for consistent and efficient UI development;
• Support other teams in developing holistic features within the Backoffice and Admin Panel;
• Shape the Admin Panel's core capabilities for customer and vehicle lifecycle management, troubleshooting and operational support, temporary access for customer setup, and test mission planning for V&V activities.

• Experience in product management;
• Experience working with technical teams and developing solutions with developers;
• Ability to discuss complex technical challenges while allowing the team to determine architecture and implementation;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds;
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different stakeholders;
• Ability to translate deep domain expertise into clear, straightforward language;
• Ability to balance business, stakeholder, and user needs in prioritization;
• Ability to create shared understanding across relevant parties;
• Ability to craft product visions and understand commercial viability;
• Ability to bridge technical and business domains;
• Ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues effectively;
• Fluent communication in English;
• Nice to have: Experience supporting platform teams, openness to learning and getting hands-on in development.
