Netflix is an entertainment service with over 300 million paid memberships in more than 190 countries, offering TV series, films, and games across diverse genres and languages. The Client and Partner Technologies team enables Netflix experiences on partner devices and develops foundational client systems and tools.
задачи
- Drive, develop, and execute software and hardware product roadmaps;
- Work with internal cross-functional stakeholders to support technical engagements and partner roadmaps;
- Interface with device partners, partner engineering teams, and internal engineers;
- Use qualitative insights and quantitative metrics to guide decisions and measure success;
- Drive efficiency and quality across partner device initiatives;
- Find new opportunities and build them to scale;
- Adapt product direction as partner priorities, strategies, and needs evolve;
- Provide organization and direction in a dynamic environment;
- Advocate for and demonstrate Netflix values.
требования
- Deep experience with software test tools and shipping high-quality products;
- Proven experience in product management, technical program management, software engineering, or leading software development projects;
- Strong knowledge of embedded platforms and the consumer electronics market;
- Effective communication skills for articulating business impact and technical constraints to different audiences;
- Ability to think strategically and use data for decision-making;
- Ability to balance consumer, partner, and business interests while considering technical integration tradeoffs;
- Experience creating partnerships with cross-functional teams and organizations;
- Experience driving large-scale technical execution plans with measurable milestones;
- Ability to debate technical approaches and build long-term scalable solutions;
- Nice to have: Track record of technical product transformation, finding new opportunities, and building them to scale; adaptability to changing partner priorities; ability to give and receive candid feedback.
