United Tech develops mobile interactive story platforms for iOS and Android, combining storytelling, game design, and data-driven product development to create choice-driven narratives for a global audience.
задачи
- Drive monetization strategy to increase RPD and ARPU through pricing, offers, and funnel optimization;
- Improve retention and engagement by enhancing onboarding, content, and user experience;
- Plan and execute A/B tests for monetization and retention features, analyze results, and iterate;
- Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and measure success through RPD, ARPU, LTV, and RR;
- Prioritize and manage the backlog using frameworks such as RICE, delivering high-impact initiatives on time;
- Collaborate with UA, marketing, content, and development teams to align product and growth strategies.
требования
- Experience in mobile free-to-play games or apps with proven monetization and retention results;
- Strong understanding of in-app economy design, LiveOps, and engagement loops;
- Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven product development;
- Ability to analyze KPIs and financial metrics such as ARPU, RPD, and LTV and turn insights into product decisions;
- Solid experience with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, UA, design, and development;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian for internal and external communication;
- Experience launching products from zero and achieving product-market fit through fast learning;
- Experience launching unsuccessful products and learning from the results;
- Understanding of narrative-driven products and content performance analytics;
- Nice to have: Knowledge of RICE scoring and other prioritization frameworks.
