Product Manager

Kleos operates as a fintech company focused on providing scalable cross-border payment solutions and ensuring regulatory compliance for global customers.

• Own the product roadmap for compliance and payments features, defining goals, success metrics and release plans;
• Work closely with Legal and Compliance to interpret regulatory changes and translate them into product requirements;
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver secure, user-friendly payment flows and compliance tooling;
• Prioritise initiatives by business impact, risk reduction and technical feasibility;
• Run discovery, prototyping and validation with customers and internal stakeholders;
• Develop and maintain product documentation, policies and runbooks;
• Partner with Payments Operations and Finance to optimise reconciliation, settlement and chargeback processes;
• Define and track KPIs related to compliance coverage, operational risk, payment success rates and time-to-resolution for incidents;
• Represent the product team in cross-functional governance forums and support external audits or regulator queries.

• 3+ Years experience as a Product Manager working on payments, compliance, risk, or closely related financial products;
• Practical knowledge of payments systems, card rails, ACH, SWIFT, and cross-border remittance mechanics;
• Familiarity with regulatory regimes relevant to payments and financial crime prevention;
• Proven ability to convert regulatory and operational requirements into pragmatic product solutions;
• Experience working with engineering teams, APIs and data models;
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders;
• English (fluent);
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics;
• Experience with product discovery techniques;
• Comfortable using product and project tools;
• Nice to have: experience with KYC/AML, PSD2, GDPR or equivalents, experience reviewing technical designs and trade-offs, experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
