Product Manager

IDBank is a bank that provides customers with modern digital solutions and personalized service.

• Initiate, coordinate, and implement projects to improve and introduce functionality for corporate customers’ remote service platforms, including Internet banking and mobile banking;
• Present proposals for new product launches and implement products according to the bank’s procedures;
• Study market supply and demand for assigned products, justify required improvements, present proposals, and implement changes;
• Present and implement proposals aimed at promoting sales;
• Participate in developing sales, onboarding, and post-service processes through internal acts, regulations, and procedures;
• Provide and exchange information through inquiries, letters, and other internal and external communications;
• Analyze sales volumes of launched products and prepare reports as needed;
• Ensure that product and service tariffs and terms in the bank’s published materials are accurate;
• Participate in marketing events and campaigns by providing information, coordinating follow-up activities, and completing other required actions;
• Collaborate actively with all relevant bank departments to implement the specified processes.

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field;
• Knowledge of banking operations, banking products, and services;
• Knowledge of banking legislation;
• Good knowledge of project management methods, international standards, finance, and marketing;
• Good Russian communication skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills;
• Punctuality, responsibility, confidentiality, flexibility, diligence, and attention to detail;
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, manage multiple tasks, prioritize primary and secondary assignments, respond quickly to change, and work effectively in a team;
• Knowledge and application of business ethics standards.
