FasterPay is a fintech company that helps businesses expand globally and provides secure and seamless payment experiences.
задачи
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for gaming payment solutions;
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and user feedback to inform product decisions;
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high‑impact features on time;
- Drive payment product improvements focused on user experience, conversion rates, and revenue growth;
- Prioritize product backlog, manage releases, and track key metrics;
- Partner with risk, fraud, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant payment flows across regions;
- Work with business development and partner managers to integrate new payment methods and gaming partners;
- Continuously analyze performance data to optimize features and support business goals.
требования
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in payments, fintech, or gaming industries;
- Deep understanding of payment technologies, gateways, processing flows, and anti‑fraud controls;
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and define actionable product improvements;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment;
- Nice to have: Familiarity with FasterPay platform or similar global/local payment solutions, Experience with gaming ecosystems, Knowledge of regulatory environments and cross‑border payments, Experience working with SDKs, APIs, and technical product specifications, Understanding of UX best practices for checkout and onboarding flows.
