Product Manager

• Oversee the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams;
• Define product vision and roadmap;
• Prioritize features;
• Write clear requirements and user stories;
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope;
• Monitor product performance;
• Collect and analyze user feedback;
• Identify opportunities for optimization;
• Prepare reports and presentations to inform decision-making;
• Ensure that products align with business goals, market needs, and client expectations;
• Support internal communication and efficient project execution.

• Demonstrated experience in product management or a closely related role, including ownership of roadmap, requirements, and delivery;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, define metrics, and make evidence-based decisions;
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams;
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with a track record of managing multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines;
• Familiarity with agile or similar product development methodologies and basic understanding of UX and technical constraints;
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Comfort working on-site in Bishkek and engaging directly with internal teams and partners;
• Nice to have: Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or professional services, proficiency in relevant productivity tools.
