Product Manager

Wrike provides a work management platform designed to help teams and organizations collaborate, create, and increase productivity by centralizing work processes.

• Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Core unit;
• Manage a team of five Product Managers across five product teams;
• Ensure clarity of ownership, decision-making, and product quality;
• Balance customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, and usability improvements;
• Build processes and tooling to enable AI-native R&D workflows;
• Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers.

• Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams;
• Deep understanding of product discovery, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and delivery;
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs;
• Ability to make trade-offs across technical complexity and long-term platform direction;
• Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM;
• Excellent UX judgment for complex product experiences;
• Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity, practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows, visionary mindset, strong technical fluency.
