задачи
- Diagnose and analyze brand, market, and competitors;
- Develop brand and market strategy with specific timelines, budgets, and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with global strategy;
- Translate strategy into tactics and define responsibilities among team members;
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of marketing plans by cross-functional teams;
- Perform forecasting and budgeting;
- Use monitoring data for feedback and propose strategic planning or tactics adjustments;
- Manage interaction with the Sales Group;
- Develop, implement, and regularly update product trainings for the Sales Force.
требования
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of Product Management experience;
- Efficient computer skills;
- Driver's license (category B);
- Upper intermediate English, fluent Uzbek and Russian;
- Nice to have: Experience in oncology.
