• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap creation to delivery and optimization;
• Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories;
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build innovative, compliant, and scalable software solutions;
• Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize features and make informed decisions that align with strategic goals;
• Work closely with stakeholders in regulated industries to ensure compliance and user trust;
• Define and track key product metrics, evaluating performance and continuously iterating based on feedback;
• Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales to maximize adoption and impact.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, data, or API-driven products;
• Proven ability to define product vision and execute across cross-functional teams;
• Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and cloud-based software development;
• Background in or strong familiarity with compliance-heavy industries such as Fintech, Insurtech, or Medtech;
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills backed by a solid understanding of product metrics;
• Experience working remotely and asynchronously with strong self-management and communication abilities;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
• Nice to have: German language skills, experience working in the Industry 4.0 domain, exposure to or interest in data security, compliance tech, or API-based ecosystems, familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.
