Aloplay leverages a centralized brand architecture that enables the efficient deployment and management of iGaming brands across multiple markets.

• Own the end-to-end player experience across casino and sportsbook websites;
• Review and improve key player journeys including registration, login, cashier, deposits, withdrawals, and navigation;
• Identify pain points in player flows and propose improvements to increase conversion, retention, and usability;
• Own the product roadmap for the shared brand website template;
• Work with the Front-End development team to improve template structure, flexibility, and scalability;
• Define requirements for new template components, page layouts, widgets, and player account features;
• Use analytics tools to monitor website metrics and translate data insights into product requirements;
• Coordinate with CRM, retention, and sportsbook teams to integrate engagement features;
• Manage the Front-End product backlog, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria;
• Prioritize tasks based on business impact, player needs, and technical dependencies;
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and UX trends.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role;
• Experience with casino, sportsbook, iGaming, fintech, payments, or e-commerce products;
• Strong understanding of web and mobile user journeys;
• Experience working with Front-End development teams;
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to identify product opportunities;
• Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Experience with Jira, Figma, and product management tools;
• Strong business acumen and prioritization skills;
• Nice to have: Previous experience in iGaming, experience with casino or sportsbook platforms, experience with cashier/registration/KYC/bonus flows, experience with Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau, experience with white-label platforms or multi-brand templates, experience with CRM, gamification, or retention tools, understanding of localization and multi-currency requirements.
