задачи
- Develop and implement product strategy aligned with growth objectives;
- Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap;
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics;
- Lead product discovery to identify user needs and market opportunities;
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success;
- Prioritise feature development based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility;
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality implementation;
- Validate product hypotheses through A/B testing, experimentation, and user research;
- Analyse user feedback and behavioural data to identify improvement opportunities;
- Stay current with financial technology trends, competitive landscape, and platform advancements;
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product progress effectively.
требования
- 5-7+ Years of product management experience with customer-facing products;
- Proven track record of leading successful products at scale;
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated data-driven decision making;
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities;
- Expertise in product management methodologies and best practices;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams;
- Strong UX/UI sensibility and experience working closely with design teams;
- Nice to have: Good understanding of financial markets or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
