As our Product Manager at Xensam, you’ll own the delivery and evolution of our product. You’ll drive execution, ensure roadmap delivery, and align product, engineering, and business teams.

You’re both strategic and hands-on, balancing long-term vision with daily execution. You turn customer and business needs into actionable plans, deliver quality releases, and continuously improve how we work as a team.

This is a role for someone who thrives in an evolving and growing team, enjoys building structure, and takes pride in turning complex challenges into clear, impactful outcomes.

You will drive quality, structure, and efficiency across teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, QA, and operations. Furthermore, you will also own and prioritize the product backlog, defining clear motivation and acceptance criteria.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with proven success in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and end-to-end product ownership.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery predictability.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Have experience in SAM/ITAM.
• Experience with AI enablement as a meaningful product feature
• Experience with Data centric platforms
