Permit manager in telecommunications infrastructure

FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. This role will coordinate site access and approvals needed to deliver telecommunications infrastructure on schedule.

• Establish a permit and access register by site, activity, responsible authority and approval deadline.
• Coordinate application preparation with design, legal and engineering teams and verify completeness.
• Track landlord permissions, construction approvals and rights-of-way requirements for assigned activities.
• Maintain professional communication with site owners and authorities through authorized company channels.
• Identify approval dependencies and expiry risks and coordinate mitigation with rollout planning.
• Maintain traceable permissions, correspondence, conditions and supporting documentation.
• Refer legally complex or disputed matters to authorized legal and project management functions.
• Verify approval readiness before work release and coordinate renewals and final permit closure.

• Experience coordinating infrastructure permits, site access or authority approvals.
• Understanding of local approval workflows and technical document requirements.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, negotiation, follow-up and record-management skills.
• A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

• Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14.
• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day.
• Salary will be discussed during the interview.
