• Supporting the processes of developing projects under government programs, preparing them for financing, and implementing them;
• Analyzing project business plans, financial calculations, and economic efficiency;
• Providing project initiators with practical assistance in preparing the necessary documents and using banking services;
• Cooperating with the bank’s regional branches and relevant organizations to implement projects related to Agrostar activities;
• Monitoring project implementation status, financing processes, and achievement of established targets;
• Identifying problems and risks arising in projects and developing proposals to address them;
• Maintaining a project database and preparing analytical information and reports.

• A higher education degree in economics, finance, banking, agricultural economics, or another relevant field;
• At least 5 years of work experience in banking and finance or in project-related work;
• Knowledge of government programs, business support, and mechanisms for financing the agricultural sector;
• Skills in analyzing business plans, financial statements, and cash flows;
• Knowledge of lending processes, project evaluation, and monitoring;
• Ability to work with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Ability to prepare official correspondence and analytical documents in the state language;
• Analytical thinking, a sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and the ability to complete tasks within established deadlines.
