задачи
Own day-to-day operational execution, including chauffeur supply growth and retention
Evolve the local operating model by turning global strategy and standards into effective on-the-ground execution
Use data to identify operational risks and opportunities and design initiatives with clear, measurable impact
Lead and grow the Paris operations team, building a culture of high performance and engagement
Partner with product teams to shape feature development and improve operational tooling
Support market expansion by preparing to launch business in new areas from scratch
Act as a senior point of contact for chauffeurs and key external stakeholders, representing Wheely's standards
Ensure compliance with applicable French regulations and VTC licensing requirements
требования
1–3+ Years building, growing, or scaling something meaningful with limited structure, with the ability to move quickly from analysis to execution
Analytically strong, entrepreneurial, motivated by ownership, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes in open-ended environments
Relevant experience in scaling operations in a fast-paced tech environment, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or an early or founding team at a consumer or marketplace startup
Fluent French and English
Based in Paris and able to work in the office 4 days a week
