Omnichannel Project Manager - 1 year mission

ABOUT THE ROLE At CHANEL, we are committed to delivering seamless digital and omnichannel experiences that reflect the excellence of our Maison. We are looking for an Omnichannel Project Manager to coordinate and deliver key strategic digital initiatives in the Middle East, working at the crossroads of Business, Digital, Retail and Operations.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

As part of the Client Engagement & Digital team, the Omnichannel Project Manager plays a key role in accelerating CHANEL Middle East’s digital transformation. The role sits at the intersection of digital, retail, client experience, operations and technology, translating strategic ambitions into structured projects and tangible local impact.

Combining strong project management with hands-on execution, the role supports the scoping, development, launch and continuous improvement of omnichannel initiatives across the Chanel Digital Commerce ecosystem, including e-wholesale, Chanel.com, Hybrid models e-services, loyalty, new client journeys and future channels. It coordinates multiple stakeholders within demanding timelines, secures operational readiness and ensures that each initiative delivers seamless client experience and measurable business value.

In a shared service spirit for the Middle East, the role works closely with business units, local experts such as Legal, IT, Media and Europe Digital teams and external partners. It acts as a connector, structuring needs, clarifying priorities and enabling effective collaboration from initial scoping through launch and run-phase optimization.

• Min 5 years of experience in project management, digital, E-Commerce, retail or consulting.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Digital, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to structure priorities, coordinate stakeholders and follow through on execution.
• Comfortable working with data, digital platforms and operational processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.
• Preferably based in the UAE.
