• Define and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies;
• Deliver projects within scope, budget, agreed timelines, and quality standards;
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate solutions;
• Promote open, transparent, and inclusive communication across stakeholders;
• Align business needs with technical delivery teams;
• Organize and lead project meetings;
• Prepare structured reporting on project status, risks, and milestones;
• Provide stakeholder visibility and support decision-making;
• Maintain project documentation and adherence to governance practices;
• Enhance project management methodologies and practices;
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and collaboration;
• Share learnings and best practices across teams.

• Experience managing IT projects in complex and dynamic environments;
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies;
• Ability to structure problems, analyze situations, and support effective decision-making;
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams;
• Familiarity with project management tools and platforms such as ServiceNow or similar;
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in IT project management; candidates with different trajectories and relevant skills are also considered;
• Strong communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders;
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build inclusive working relationships;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking;
• Proactive approach focused on results and team success;
• Nice to have: PMP or equivalent project management certification.
