• Lead and manage technology projects from initiation through successful delivery;
• Plan and coordinate projects across data, product, platform, and engineering workstreams;
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements;
• Maintain and prioritize Jira backlogs and keep Confluence documentation accurate and up to date;
• Coordinate sprint planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies;
• Track cross-team dependencies and proactively identify risks before they impact delivery;
• Work with engineering leads and stakeholders to remove blockers and drive project progress;
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to align objectives and priorities;
• Monitor project performance and provide status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to leadership;
• Drive stakeholder accountability and ensure deadlines and commitments are met;
• Improve project management processes, tools, and delivery methodologies;
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience managing software, platform, or technology delivery projects;
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies;
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities;
• Ability to manage competing priorities confidently and challenge timelines when necessary;
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Nice to have: experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Trading Platforms, Forex, or other regulated industries, basic SQL knowledge, experience with Power BI or other reporting tools, familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern delivery practices.
