Mododomus develops and manufactures smart homes blending advanced technology and design to meet European quality standards.

• Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery;
• Coordinate operations between office, production, and onsite teams;
• Oversee production processes, timelines, and quality standards;
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs;
• Prepare and validate project cost estimates and client quotations;
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocation;
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and materials;
• Track progress and ensure deadlines are met;
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions;
• Report project status to management.

• Experience as a Project Manager in construction / manufacturing / fit-out;
• Knowledge of BOQs and preparation of cost estimates/quotations;
• Strong understanding of production and project workflows;
• Good commercial awareness and budgeting skills;
• Ability to work both in office and production environment;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Fluent in Greek and English;
• Nice to have: Russian.
