The IP marketing team partners with product, sales, industry, demand, and field marketing to advance category strategy and key go-to-market initiatives, helping customers make faster and more informed decisions for building, protecting, and commercializing innovation.

• Manage marketing budgets and spend tracking, ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of expenses against approved budgets;
• Process invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and renewals, maintaining compliance with internal procurement and financial processes;
• Partner closely with Finance and key stakeholders to support budget planning, financial reporting, forecasting, and spend reconciliation activities;
• Maintain and update financial records, dashboards, and tracking tools, proactively following up on outstanding actions to ensure timely and accurate completion of processes;
• Run regular meetings with key marketing team members to review financial report and reconcile budget reports.

• 5 Years of relevant professional experience in project management or budget management;
• Proficient level of English language;
• Proficient level of advanced Excel;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
• Nice to have: experience with invoice management, budget tracking, procurement processes, or other finance-related responsibilities, experience with tools such as Coupa, Ironclad, and Wrike.
