• Oversee single projects and set methods for daily production reporting;
• Review important data and compile timekeeping records for management approval;
• Drive Lean implementation among team members;
• Conduct interviews for PM-level positions and make hiring decisions;
• Meet with clients to provide updates on ongoing projects;
• Address project issues at a process level;
• Coordinate with PMs and SPMs to ensure appropriate coverage of duties;
• Initiate and implement process changes and updates;
• Collect and initiate process improvements to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency;
• Review End of Day (EOD) reporting related to process flow;
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

• College or University degree;
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Experience in online communication;
• Experience in project management;
• Basic knowledge of PowerBI and internet-based platforms;
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary;
• Leadership qualities including the ability to give and take feedback, delegate, and demonstrate confidence;
• Ability to understand and provide directions while performing time-bound tasks accurately;
• Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset;
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
