задачи
- Lead comprehensive execution of technical programs centered on Agentic AI and machine learning technologies across all program phases;
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure program objectives align with organizational strategy and translate strategic vision into detailed technical execution plans;
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including product management, engineering, IT, legal, and security to establish program scope, deliverables, and success metrics;
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans that address AI/ML technical complexity, interdependencies, and evolving requirements;
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment across distributed teams while proactively identifying and resolving impediments to program progress;
- Monitor program performance metrics, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality standards.
требования
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field;
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale technical programs with demonstrated success leading complex, multi-team initiatives;
- Proven experience managing programs where artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI technologies were central to the solution;
- Strong technical understanding of AI and ML systems, including model training, deployment processes, and production integration requirements;
- Experience operating in agile development environments and managing programs with iterative requirement evolution;
- Nice to have: Product management background, experience translating customer requirements into technical program specifications, familiarity with EDA tools, semiconductor industry experience.
