• Own the end-to-end delivery of the Payment Orchestration Platform from requirements gathering through production launch;
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies;
• Coordinate delivery across Development, QA, Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Business, and Marketing;
• Monitor project execution and proactively resolve blockers;
• Drive successful feature releases while maintaining delivery quality and timelines;
• Maintain project documentation, implementation plans, and executive reporting;
• Lead the development team day-to-day including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery cadence;
• Own technical delivery quality and code-release governance;
• Provide direction, unblock the team, and be accountable for development output and velocity;
• Balance technical debt, platform reliability, and new-feature delivery;
• Coordinate sub-projects with Legal, Compliance, Business, and Marketing departments;
• Run steering syncs and provide consolidated status reporting across all stakeholder workstreams;
• Coordinate API integrations with third-party providers and new payment rails;
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable delivery plans;
• Support Operations during production rollouts and incident resolution;
• Improve project management methodologies, delivery processes, and governance best practices;
• Track KPIs related to project delivery, implementation success, and platform performance.

• 3+ Years of Project Management experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure;
• Experience with B2B products, B2B SaaS, or financial technology products;
• Knowledge of payment infrastructure, cross-border payments, wallet ledger architecture, and transaction lifecycle;
• Experience with SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments, ACH, or local payment schemes;
• Familiarity with EMIs, banking infrastructure, safeguarding, settlement processes, treasury operations, and liquidity management;
• Experience coordinating API integrations;
• Knowledge of AML/KYC onboarding processes;
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and technical savvy;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities;
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Professional English and Russian languages (B2+ or higher).
