JetBrains creates developer tools and is currently evolving toward a unified, AI-native platform for software development. The JetBrains Platform team builds the foundation that connects developer workflows, team-level collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system.

• Drive and coordinate initiatives for the JetBrains Platform;
• Align multiple teams and stakeholders around shared goals and timelines;
• Support planning and execution, helping teams move from ideas to delivery;
• Track progress and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks;
• Help improve delivery and collaboration practices.

• Experience working as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in product- or platform-focused teams;
• Ability to drive several parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating cross-functional efforts across multiple teams;
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence working with various types of stakeholders;
• Structured thinking, a strong focus on outcomes, and a "get it done" mindset;
• Comfort working with complex technical systems;
• Solid understanding of software development processes;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Experience with platform or infrastructure-related products, Technical background or hands-on development experience, Experience working with distributed teams.
