Amaris Consulting provides IT services and consulting solutions to support business transformation and project delivery across various industries.
задачи
- Coordinate and manage the Tax Solutions team’s contribution to e-invoicing and reporting projects;
- Align business, Finance, and service provider activities with global project timelines and milestones;
- Define and standardize best practices, templates, and workflows for project execution;
- Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and communication channels between stakeholders;
- Support the Digital PM with planning, risk management, and issue resolution;
- Coordinate service provider selection, including RFP/RFI activities and evaluation;
- Maintain and update the service provider selection scorecard;
- Contribute to scoping, contract discussions, and definition of service levels;
- Monitor provider performance during implementation, UAT, and hypercare phases;
- Build and maintain project timelines, including key milestones and dependencies;
- Contribute to FTE and cost calculations, budget tracking, and resource planning;
- Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for the global Head of Indirect Taxes and Tax Solutions;
- Ensure traceability of decisions, risks, actions, and lessons learned;
- Coordinate the business and Finance contribution to projects, ensuring requirements are captured and prioritized;
- Support UAT planning and execution, including test case definition, defect tracking, and sign-off;
- Support hypercare activities after go-live, ensuring smooth transition to BAU and knowledge transfer;
- Identify common issues and turn them into reusable best practices and guardrails;
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with enterprise requirements;
- Prevent anti-patterns such as inconsistent processes, duplication of effort, or uncontrolled complexity;
- Capture stakeholder feedback and continuously refine project practices, templates, and governance;
- Contribute to internal documentation, onboarding materials, and training sessions.
требования
- 5–10 Years of experience in project management, ideally in IT or Finance-related projects;
- Proven experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and delivering production-grade solutions;
- Strong project management skills: planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting;
- Good understanding and experience of IT projects;
- Comfortable using English as primary working language;
- Hungarian (fluent);
- Able to work individually and proactively, coordinating several teams and service providers;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Nice to have: Experience with Finance IT projects, good understanding of e-invoicing and reporting projects, knowledge of tax set-up in S/4HANA.
