Centific is a frontier AI data foundry that curates diverse, high-quality data and develops contextual datasets, industry-specific LLMs, and RAG pipelines to support safe, scalable AI deployment for enterprise clients.

• Review daily production reports and pass relevant information upward;
• Double-check timekeeping records, submit them, and approve PA/PC hours;
• Follow and help update Lean documentation;
• Create project-specific training materials and train PCs;
• Meet with project developers to receive project updates;
• Address project-level issues;
• Work with PCs, PMs, and SPMs to ensure appropriate coverage within the process flow;
• Respond to ambiguities, changes, and updates from SPMs in a timely manner and pass them to team members;
• Identify and communicate process improvements and waste reduction opportunities;
• Collect process improvement suggestions from team members and pass them on;
• Complete end-of-day reporting to ensure proper handoff to the next shift owners;
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the assigned project process flow;
• Perform additional duties as required.

• College or university degree;
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• General knowledge of online communication;
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary;
• Leadership qualities, including giving and receiving feedback, recognizing when to delegate, and demonstrating confidence;
• Ability to follow directions and complete time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently;
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks without compromising quality;
• Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset;
• Ability to work independently as part of a team.
