Sweat Pants Agency is an agency that has built multiple INC #1 fastest-growing companies from scratch and focuses on innovation, creative problem-solving, and delivering results for clients.

• Act as a primary point of coordination between clients, strategists, and internal team members;
• Own client onboarding end to end by collecting and organizing account access, setting accounts up in ClickUp, and standardizing the process;
• Run ClickUp as the single source of truth by building and maintaining project templates, recurring tasks, and dashboards, and keeping every account's status and owner current;
• Catch gaps in client communication and delivery before they escalate and drive follow-ups to closure;
• Track all creative deliverables from request to delivery, including revisions and approvals, and QA work before it reaches the client;
• Source, negotiate with, and manage creators across Billo, Backstage, email, and other platforms, track orders, usage rights, and costs, and ensure markups land on client invoices;
• Make sure client reporting and dashboards are set up correctly and stay accurate for every account;
• Schedule and coordinate recurring client and internal meetings, capture action items, and make sure they get done;
• Build internal tools, automations, and living SOPs using AI;
• Flag at-risk accounts early and escalate to leadership.

• Have 2+ years of experience in project management, account management, or operations, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting;
• Demonstrate proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously;
• Have hands-on experience building and managing a project management system in ClickUp or a comparable tool;
• Work during hours with meaningful overlap with US business hours;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Experience with paid media or DTC ecommerce, experience sourcing and managing UGC creators or influencers.
