• Drive end-to-end planning for complex technology projects by defining scope, schedules, and milestones;
• Coordinate daily work across React Js and Node JS project teams to ensure high-quality software delivery;
• Implement structured risk management practices by identifying risks, assessing impact, and driving mitigation actions;
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate status, and manage expectations;
• Optimize portfolio management activities by aligning projects with strategic priorities and balancing resources;
• Monitor project execution using delivery management practices, including progress tracking and dependency management;
• Guide teams in adopting modern engineering practices for React Js and Node JS solutions;
• Prepare project documentation, including plans, status reports, and decision logs;
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing lessons learned and implementing process enhancements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure technical compliance and operational standards;
• Apply change management approaches to manage scope changes and negotiate trade-offs;
• Align project activities with digital solutions that improve travel experiences;
• Organize ceremonies and communication norms to support distributed teams in a hybrid environment;
• Track and report delivery metrics such as throughput, defect trends, and cycle times;
• Translate business needs from travel intermediaries into actionable project deliverables.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale software projects built using React Js and Node JS;
• Strong understanding of web application architectures;
• Advanced skills in risk management, including identification and mitigation;
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including conflict resolution and workshop facilitation;
• Solid portfolio management experience covering prioritization and resource allocation;
• Deep delivery management expertise using agile and iterative methods;
• Familiarity with travel intermediaries or related domains;
• Strong analytical and communication abilities;
• Nice to have: Experience interpreting domain concepts into technical and project decisions.
