• Coordinate projects and workstreams related to international operations by maintaining project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and tracking mechanisms;
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution by identifying risks, dependencies, and constraints;
• Act as the primary point of contact between teams in Spain and Italy and corporate headquarters;
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements for support teams;
• Collaborate daily with departments including Technology, Digital Product, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Compliance, HR, and Finance;
• Prepare periodic reports for the Internationalization Directorate and Executive Committee;
• Organize governance and project follow-up meetings;
• Provide visibility on priorities, blockers, and necessary decisions;
• Identify process optimization opportunities and create management methodologies, templates, and tools.

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, International Relations, or a related field;
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in digital, technological, or fast-growing environments;
• Excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills;
• Strong execution orientation, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to influence without direct hierarchical authority;
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset;
• High level of autonomy and sense of responsibility;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English;
• Nice to have: International or multicultural project experience, proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian.
