• Use data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product;
• Gather insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements;
• Analyze research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making;
• Monitor product profitability measures, including budget;
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution;
• Interface with product and technology leadership as needed;
• Partner with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities;
• Provide inputs to help shape the strategy and roadmap for open banking at PayPal;
• Drive execution of the open banking roadmap initiatives under responsibility and become the subject matter expert for these, ranging from technical to business/user centric;
• Work closely with open banking use case teams to understand their needs, how open banking can most effectively deliver value to their areas, the benefits that open baking initiatives would bring, and how use case needs can inform horizontal and platform level roadmaps;
• Develop strong technical understanding of the initiatives under responsibility;
• Ensure that technical execution is meeting product requirements, communicate technical elements to others outside the project, and understand resulting key architecture in order to inform future work;
• Create robust documentation for each initiative under responsibility.

• 3+ Years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Practice strong communication, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate both succinct high level summaries as well as explain details of areas of responsibility.
