• Set the vision and roadmap for AI-native product experiences across the platform;
• Work day-to-day alongside AI engineers as a technical peer;
• Prototype relentlessly and ship rough versions to learn quickly;
• Find creative and scrappy paths to outcomes when the obvious path is blocked;
• Balance experimentation speed with the rigor fintech demands;
• Make the commercial case for what is built, grounded in defensible metrics.

• Proven PM experience at Principal or Lead level with real exposure to AI/ML-powered products;
• Technical fluency to converse with AI engineers about feasibility and model limitations;
• Entrepreneurial streak with experience building from ambiguity;
• Strong systems thinking to zoom from strategy to implementation details;
• Comfort with commercial rigor connecting customer value and business impact.
