• Interact with customers and project teams during the implementation of laboratory automation;
• Collect, analyze, and document requirements for project implementation;
• Conduct consulting activities for client organization employees;
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other project documentation for clients;
• Develop and localize marketing materials;
• Establish the groundwork and promote digital solutions as part of product management and strategic development.

• Higher education in IT or a technical field;
• English at an Upper-intermediate level or higher;
• Project management experience;
• Customer experience approach and results orientation;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Experience negotiating with clients at the KOL/stakeholders level;
• Ability to travel up to 40% of working time;
• Knowledge and understanding of the IT environment;
• Nice to have: Analytical, critical, and abstract thinking, Soft skills (ability to interact, persuade, adapt to changes, creativity), Mapping and visualization of business processes.
