Interact with customers and project teams during the implementation of laboratory automation;
Collect, analyze, and document requirements for project implementation;
Conduct consulting activities for client organization employees;
Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other project documentation for clients;
Develop and localize marketing materials;
Establish the groundwork and promote digital solutions as part of product management and strategic development.
требования
Higher education in IT or a technical field;
English at an Upper-intermediate level or higher;
Project management experience;
Customer experience approach and results orientation;
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
Experience negotiating with clients at the KOL/stakeholders level;
Ability to travel up to 40% of working time;
Knowledge and understanding of the IT environment;
Nice to have: Analytical, critical, and abstract thinking, Soft skills (ability to interact, persuade, adapt to changes, creativity), Mapping and visualization of business processes.
