• Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned product areas;
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements;
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories;
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle;
• Lead product discovery activities including customer interviews, market analysis, and competitive research;
• Define product success metrics and monitor product performance after release;
• Support sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization processes;
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on product objectives;
• Drive product launches together with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams;
• Identify opportunities for product improvements based on data, feedback, and market trends;
• Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to internal stakeholders.

• 4+ Years of experience in Product Management or a related role;
• Proven experience working with cross-functional product development teams;
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies;
• Ability to define product requirements and prioritize effectively;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions;
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Nice to have: Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
