• Grow the product portfolio;
• Deliver on the marketing plan;
• Work cross-functionally with colleagues;
• Prepare annual and medium-term business and marketing plans for products;
• Maintain and communicate a high level of market and product knowledge;
• Organize training programs for the commercial team regarding products, marketing strategies, and competition;
• Organize product-related marketing events such as congresses and conferences in cooperation with relevant parties.

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, biology, or chemistry;
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills;
• Upper-intermediate level of English;
• Fluent Russian;
• Driving license and willingness to travel (approximately 40%);
• Nice to have: 1-2 years of product management experience in the diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or related industry, budget management experience, product launch experience.
