Freedx is a cryptocurrency exchange focused on building a scalable, compliant, and liquidity-driven trading platform. The company specializes in crypto exchanges, payments, market structure, and financial infrastructure, targeting serious traders and emerging markets with a focus on unit economics and operational discipline.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment and custody aggregation products including discovery, specification, delivery, and rollout;
• Design scalable aggregator architecture concepts in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams;
• Define integration requirements and coordinate implementation with external vendors such as custody, on-ramp/off-ramp, and banking providers;
• Define and maintain deposit/withdrawal transaction flows including validation, confirmations, settlement, and reconciliation logic;
• Manage configuration requirements including provider onboarding, fee models, limits, geo restrictions, routing rules, and fallback scenarios;
• Ensure operational readiness through monitoring, alerts, transaction status tracking, error handling, and incident processes;
• Define product requirements for compliance, risk, and fraud prevention;
• Maintain high-quality product documentation including PRDs, functional specs, flow diagrams, API requirements, and release notes;
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support;
• Manage delivery roadmap, priorities, and execution scope.

• 3+ Years of Product Management experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or trading infrastructure;
• Strong understanding of payment processing fundamentals including card payments, bank transfers, payment gateways, PSP integrations, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, and chargebacks;
• Practical understanding of blockchain transaction lifecycle including wallets, addresses, confirmations, gas fees, transaction states, and failure scenarios;
• Solid knowledge of deposit and withdrawal structures in a centralized exchange environment;
• Experience working with custody providers and/or crypto processing platforms;
• Ability to define clear product requirements for backend-heavy systems and infrastructure services;
• Experience managing multiple integrations in parallel and delivering under time constraints;
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive decisions across multiple stakeholders.
