• Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support;
• Manage tender projects, including preparation and organization of bids, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines;
• Analyze deals to ensure profitability and alignment with company standards;
• Participate in events and marketing activities, representing the company at exhibitions and supporting promotional campaigns;
• Update and maintain CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely synchronization of project and customer data;
• Assist with equipment selection and tender documentation, providing technical and administrative support;
• Update and manage partner portal content, including news, updates, and resources for partners.

• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant industry;
• English proficiency above intermediate level;
• Strong knowledge of the commercial market and PC industry (including notebooks, desktops, and AIO PCs);
• Basic understanding of public procurement law;
• Lineup management experience;
• Forecasting (FCST) skills;
• Supply planning expertise.
