InPost Group is an innovative European out-of-home delivery company that provides intelligent locker networks for fast, convenient, and secure parcel delivery. Operating across multiple countries, the organization focuses on delivering sustainable and efficient logistics solutions to meet evolving customer needs. The Von Halsky team is developing an AI-powered intelligent shopping assistant integrated directly into the InPost application to support users throughout their journey, from product discovery to checkout and delivery.

• Define the product vision and roadmap for the AI assistant based on user behavior, business value, and model capabilities;
• Discover and prioritize use cases while designing experiments for validation;
• Own the evaluation stack in collaboration with engineering to measure performance, judge model output, and integrate user feedback into model improvements;
• Develop go-to-market strategies for consumers;
• Manage cross-functional delivery with engineers, other product managers, and business stakeholders.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Manager for a product with a significant ML/AI component;
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including prompt pipelines and retrieval;
• Ability to analyze model metrics, A/B test results, and qualitative user research to drive decisions;
• Strong communication skills to explain model tradeoffs to business stakeholders;
• Fluent English and Polish;
• Nice to have: Experience with conversational AI, LLMs, or recommendation engines, background in e-commerce or logistics, international working experience.
